Pre-event and Post-event sports massage designed to improve mobility, reduce muscle fatigue and support performance and aid in muscle recovery. Assisted stretching and mobility work. Percussion therapy for muscle activation and recovery. Pressure and techniques are always adjusted to your comfort and recovery goals. Cupping Therapy may be incorporated upon request or as needed. Hot towels and aromatherapy included to help relax stubborn muscles and support recovery.

Monthly auto-billing. Monthly wellness membership requires a 30-day written notice to cancel or pause. Cancellation or pausing requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to next scheduled billing date. During the 30-day notice period, the membership remains active, and any included sessions must be used within that time frame. No refunds are issued for the unused sessions.
